In December 2024, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development officially approved and released the “Design Standard for Electric Vehicle Charging Stations” (GB/T50966-2024), which will be implemented from May 1, 2025. This is another important milestone in the field, and HARDHITTER Electrical actively participated in the formulation, contributing professional strength to promote standardization.
II. Deep Participant in Industry Standards
As one of the drafting units, HARDHITTER leveraged its years of accumulation in the charging station field to propose professional suggestions on site selection, layout, charging systems, power supply, fire protection, energy saving, and environmental protection, providing strong support for the scientific and practical nature of the new standard.
In this formulation process, HARDHITTER focused on the following revisions:

3. Fire Protection and Safety: Revised requirements for fire protection facilities, adding configuration of extinguishers, emergency evacuation, and rescue facilities for safer operations.
4. Energy Saving and Environmental Protection: Advocated for energy-saving materials and products, suggesting increased requirements for transformers to drive stations towards green and low-carbon directions.
