Sinotruk(CNHTC) was listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2007. Its parent company,Sinotruk(CNHTC), was the first heavy-duty truck manufacturer in China, originally established in 1956, and is the cradle of the heavy-duty truck industry in China.
In 1960, it manufactured China’s first heavy-duty truck, the Huanghe JN150 8-ton truck; in 1983, it successfully introduced the Austrian STEYR heavy-duty truck project, becoming the first company in China to fully introduce foreign heavy-duty truck manufacturing technology.
2009, SINOTRUK and the German MAN Group formed a strategic partnership, with MAN Group holding Ltd. with 25%+1 shares. The company has introduced three types of engines, D20, D26 and D08, medium and heavy truck axles and related vehicle technologies from MAN, laying a solid foundation for the long-term development of the company.
Nowadays, SINOTRUK has developed into the largest heavy-duty truck manufacturing base in China, making important contributions to the development of China’s heavy-duty truck industry and national economic growth.
